The slab doors, muted wood tones, and honey bronze hardware create a calm, contemporary look that’s both functional and visually seamless.

This kitchen remodel showcases a careful balance of personality, function, and timeless design. The space features a mix of existing wood tones, inspiring the use of a vintage brushed-glaze cabinetry finish and a softly stained knotty alder island to create a cohesive, warm foundation. Functional enhancements such as raised wall ovens and a powerful ventilation hood, and optimized corner storage ensure the kitchen works as beautifully as it looks. Layered tile and metal accents bring depth and unity to the design, resulting in a space that feels both artful and hard-working, perfectly suited for anyone who loves to cook

This renovation project involved the transformation of a dated and downsized space into a luxurious lakeside condo. Clean and straight lines shaped its contemporary design, shown specifically in places such as the wine bar which included modernized wine pegs and metal doors. Despite lowering square footage, every inch of the space was maximized through multiple built-in techniques. The seamless interior allows for an incredible view of the lake, making this space a refreshing and relaxing home away from home.

This kitchen was designed to embrace soft, neutral materials with a modern, refined edge. Warm white oak inset cabinetry in French Biscuit brings subtle movement and texture, balanced by a bold Ebony-stained island and hood with vertical saw kerfs for added depth and character. Dramatic, black-veined quartz countertops with a waterfall edge and full-height splash create a striking focal point, while black metal and glass upper cabinets introduce a modern contrast. The result is a layered, timeless kitchen that blends natural warmth with clean, contemporary lines.

This warm yet modern kitchen blends organic textures with refined elegance. The two-tone cabinetry—rich black on the island and natural rift cut white oak perimeter cabinets—creates a stunning contrast while maintaining a cozy, inviting feel. The quartz countertops add a sleek, durable surface, complemented by a bold custom range hood that anchors the space.

This lake house is truly a gem—warm, welcoming, and full of charm. We were honored to provide cabinetry throughout the home, including rich navy blue cabinets in the kitchen and dry bar, and beautifully stained selections in the bathrooms. While our role was focused solely on cabinetry, the collaboration of materials and finishes throughout made this project a standout. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful cabinetry can help tie together a lake home’s character and style.

This new build featured an elevated sight with incredible lake views. With a primary focus on the surrounding sights, the design sought to enhance a light and bright experience. Not your typical modern home, this space consisted of light taupe colors with unique walnut accents. This master bathroom underwent a complete transformation from its dated design to a spacious and serene retreat. The original layout, dominated by an oversized walk-in shower enclosed by 80’s glass block, consumed valuable space. By streamlining the shower with a more open, modern design, we created room for a luxurious full-size soaker tub and expanded cabinetry. The new layout maximizes functionality while elevating the aesthetic, blending farmhouse charm with contemporary elegance.

Natalie’s personal home and property, this renovated project is her own fantasy come to life. An entertainer’s dream that spans 6,200 square feet, the Spiniolas home incorporates the needs of busy family life on a farm. Here, by way of custom built-ins, efficient organization is key, and everything has a place. For Natalie’s own personal touch, travel and vintage finds can be found throughout the home.

In this project, what was once a shared business and personal residence became a maturing family home. Complete with a guest en suite, mudroom, and laundry room, this home has changed along with the needs of this family. As such, the interior walls needed to be planned differently. Opening up the wall between the kitchen and living room allowed for the addition of a second island with a beautiful wood waterfall countertop and more seating space. Clean lines and high-end finishes, such as the mood lighting created by the backlit quartzite flanking a new electric fireplace, elevate the home.

This new build home was designed in a casual ranch-style manner. Its open concept ensures comfortability for large family gatherings during the holidays. This home emanates an antique-collecting, farmhouse feel as well as added interest through visual texture and mixed metals.
