The people behind Tailored Spaces LLC bring together deep technical knowledge, a genuine passion for craft, and a collaborative spirit that makes even the most complex projects feel manageable. Our design studio team members are based out of our 3,000-square-foot showroom in the historic Starline Factory in Harvard, IL, and together we serve luxury homeowners, builders, and architects across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. When you work with the Tailored Spaces design team, you get a group of professionals who care about getting the details right, from the first consultation all the way through the final walkthrough.

Meet Our Designers and the People Who Keep It All Running
Tailored Spaces LLC was founded as a dedicated studio in 2021, but the expertise behind it spans more than 25 years in the kitchen and bath industry. Our team is small by design, which means every client works closely with the people who are actually making decisions about their project. We are a woman-owned studio, and we take pride in building lasting relationships rather than simply completing transactions. Each member of our team plays a specific role in delivering the timeless, well-crafted results our clients in Lake Geneva, Barrington, Lake Forest, and the surrounding region have come to expect.

Owner/Principal Designer

Natalie Spiniolas

With more than 25 years in the kitchen and bath industry, Natalie Spiniolas brings a wealth of experience, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and purposeful. As the owner and principal designer of Tailored Spaces, Natalie has built the company around a simple belief: great design starts with listening. Every project begins by understanding how a client lives, what matters most to them, and how their space needs to function.

From there, Natalie combines thoughtful planning, timeless design, and carefully selected materials to create spaces that feel distinctly personal. A cabinetry specialist at heart, Natalie’s expertise extends well beyond cabinetry. She works closely with clients, builders, architects, and trades throughout the entire process, from initial concepts and 3D design through ordering, installation, and completion.

Junior Designer

Production and Administrative Coordinator

Bri

Bri is our Production and Administrative Coordinator, bringing valuable experience in administration and customer service from her time working with a building contractor company. She keeps projects running smoothly with her organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring both our team and clients feel supported every step of the way. Her ability to balance efficiency with a friendly, approachable style makes her an essential part of the Tailored Spaces process.


Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two daughters – one who shines on the dance floor and another who’s prepping for the next chapter of school and life. Creativity runs deep for her, whether it’s in the kitchen, crocheting, or DIY projects. She loves to spend summers soaking up the sunshine and cheering on the Denver Broncos in the cooler months.

Her blend of creativity, dedication, and heart make her an essential part of the Tailored Spaces Team.

Associate Designer

Courtney

Courtney is our Design Assistant, with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Construction Management from Missouri State University. She brings hands-on industry experience from her role as a Field Engineer, where she gained valuable insight into construction processes and project management. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Courtney is excited to expand her career in the interior design industry, pairing her technical knowledge with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.


In her free time, Courtney loves to travel and experience new places, while also enjoying time with friends and family. She loves to spend her summer weekends with her family at the Lake of Egypt in southern Illinois.

Her love for design, adventure, and connection brings fresh perspective and energy to the Tailored Spaces team.
